Every year, almost 400,000 people experience ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) - the deadliest type of heart attack. Since we launched Mission:Lifeline in 2007, more than 260 health systems across the country have joined the lifesaving initiative that quickly treats STEMI heart attack patients.
